Bormioli Pharma, a producer of pharmaceutical glass and plastic primary packaging, has entered an agreement to acquire GCL Pharma, an Italian subsidiary of the Guala Closures Group, specialized in the production of plastic, rubber and aluminum closures for pharmaceutical applications.
